Hi *|FNAME|*,

I'm sorry to start this newsletter with some bad news, but last month I lost a good friend and colleague in Peter Koster who passed away after a heart attack. Peter was very well known in the Adelaide business community and I'm sure will be missed by many other business owners and managers out there.

I've know Peter since my days at the DSTO (Defence, Science and Technology Organisation) in the 1990's. Since then we have "bumped" into each other through his various roles at a variety of other IT & telecommunication companies (including Omega Technologies and Leader Computers) and a number of business associations and networking groups. Over the last 5 years or so it was his work with the Telstra Business Centre at Wayville where we formed a strong friendship and also a business partnership with the SA Technology Collective.

His funeral was on Friday 30th of August but we will also be remembering him with our next SATC drinks on Tuesday the 17th of September. Come along to the Woodcroft Tavern anytime between 4PM and 6PM to have a chat and remember Peter with some other business owners in a casual environment. See below for more info.

Later this month we will be exhibiting at their SBC 2019 Business Expo. Come along on the 19th of September at the Tonsley TAFE, entry is free, and say hello. Wayne Phillips (former Australian cricketer) will be at the expo sharing some stories about his first class career.

I hope you enjoy the articles below and catch you all next month.

Regards
