Hi
*|FNAME|*,
Wow, February
rushed by quickly and now it is March! We thought January was
busy but February took our workload to the next level (see below
for some of our adventures from last month)! A big thank you to
all our techs for getting things done and apologies to any clients
if we have been a bit slower to respond to things than usual.
Due to the
increased workload, we have brought on Bevin Warren to our team
of onsite support technicians. If you see Bevin, please say hi
and make him feel welcome.
A lot of clients
are upgrading to Office365 and think all their data is backed
up and safe in the cloud. If you read Microsoft's terms and conditions
you will see that they are just responsible for keeping their
cloud systems running and you are responsible for your data. Yes
they do offer some basic backup features but you need to look
at third party solutions for a complete backup solution. This
is the same for other services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, DropBox
and Xero. Let
us know if you are worried about your data as we can put some
backup strategies in place for you.
Catch you
all next month.
Cheers
David Perkovic
