Hi *|FNAME|*,

Welcome to our August newsletter. I hope you are all well?

We welcome Naveed to our team of onsite technicians. Naveed will be doing some back end work as well as working on one of our projects replacing routers and switches for a client.

We highly recommend our clients install a hardware based firewall appliance or UTM (Unified Threat Management) as part of their security. One thing holding back some clients is the cost of the device as as they generally start from a few thousand dollars upwards. Now we can supply a full functional firewall on a month to month plan starting at only $110 / month plus a $330 once off setup / config fee. As this is a month to month subscription you can upgrade, downgrade or even return the product after only 1 month. This is a great way for SMB clients to fully utilise the same type of security that previously only larger businesses could afford. Contact us now for details and start protecting your data and network now.

If you need any other help or assistance let me know. I hope you all stay safe and catch you all next month.

Cheers
David Perkovic - [email protected]

COVID-19 Information

As we write this Adelaide and South Australia is doing quite well with the containment of the spread of COVID. A slip though may cause it to spread out across the state and we urge all our clients to do the right things to help stop the spread.

If COVID does break out and begin to spread, please note that we will will take all necessary precautions and will comply with any government regulations.

If anyone at your site has COVID-19 symptoms or has returned from interstate or overseas recently we will not be attending the site and instead we will be offering remote support. If this causes any issues with clients, we apologise in advance.

Remote services can also be used where we do not even need to come into your office or business. Depending on you issue we may insist that we try and solve your issues remotely before we come onsite. If you prefer remote services also please let us know.

  • installing specialised computer equipment for a national crash repair client.
  • Dave configured new firewalls and VPN's for a client between their Adelaide and Whyalla premises.
  • Bevin was hard at work learning about WatchGuard firewalls in a 2 day course.
  • Staff attending the first in person meeting back for SMBiT and learnt about security.
