Our technicians range in experience and qualifications from desktop support right through to MS and Cisco certified technicians with extensive server and networking experience. Staff also have passed induction tests for a number of large retail and telecommunication companies and some even have security cards to enter unmanned premises or to allow after hours access. What ever your needs we have the resources to assist.

These services can be for interstate and overseas companies who have clients in an Australian location but have no local or "boots on the ground" IT support personnel.

Staff can also be provided on short term contracts when in-house IT support technicians are unavailable (holidays, sick leave etc), or for specific project work, new system rollouts, upgrades and other IT support work.

We have been in business since 1993 and have performed these wholesale services for over 20 years. During this time we have serviced many companies and organisations in areas such as Federal & State Government departments, retail stores, fast food chains, medical, travel, manufacturing, data centres, franchises, ISP’s, telecommunications and service based industries. We are also local warranty service agents for a number of international hardware companies. There are no setup fees or long term contracts.

Depending upon the services required staff can sign confidentiality and non disclosure agreements or be approved for sensitive government or defence related work. Some of our current clients provide us with door lock keys, alarm codes and swipe cards so that we can access their premises and data centres 24/7.

We do not have branded vehicles or work uniforms so can attend clients sites as part of your company or organisation.
